Meet Jordan

Hello everyone! My name is Jordan McElroy and I am a Freshman at Stanford University. I am currently planning to major in International Relations and dream of working as a diplomat.

For fun, I like to draw, oil paint and play video games. I am an artist and mainly do portraiture. My favorite video games are Stellaris, Subnautica, Civ 6, and Starbound. I live in Lake Oswego, Oregon, with my mom, stepdad, and dog. I grew up in Oregon and attended a small high school in Portland. I spent my high school years doing equity work for the City of Portland and Multnomah County. I am formally trained in social justice and equity. I currently work as a Legislative Intern in the Oregon House of Representatives.

At Stanford, I am a member of the Black Student Union and Frosh Council. I am also in the Figure Skating Club (I don't know how to figure skate).
